The New Optical Magic Lantern Journal
The New Magic Lantern Journal was launched in 1978. The journal is now the flagship of the Society and is distributed worldwide, to the major libraries and museums with an interest in the archeology of the cinema, as well as being enjoyed by our members.
The Journal contains research papers, commentary, discussion and dialog on all aspects of the Magic Lantern and related optical entertainments and history.
Issues are distributed free to members.
